TKPI European Real Estate Fund
The TKPI European Real Estate Fund (TREF) invests in property in Europe through interests in non-listed property funds and joint ventures.
The fund is a so-called fund of funds. This allows us to make optimal use of specialized local parties and management organizations. The portfolio is spread across countries and sectors, with interests in the Eurozone countries, the United Kingdom, and Central and Eastern Europe.
Investments include housing, offices, retail units, industrial premises, car parks and hotels. The portfolio’s spread is also weighted according to risk and return. The risk/return characteristics of the individual investments are an important instrument when building the portfolio.
Because there is no suitable benchmark for European non-listed property, the fund does not have an external benchmark. TREF was set up to offer institutional investors a long-term investment.
