International Women’s Day takes place on March 8. On this day, women’s rights and equality between men and women are brought into the spotlight. At TKP Investments we find it important that men and women are treated as equals, which is why we’re showing our solidarity with women around the world today.
The right mix of men and women makes us strong
Experience has taught us that finding the right balance between male and female employees makes an organisation stronger. We’re proud of the fact that one in three of our employees is female, also at management level. In the asset management sector, this makes us quite unique.
Diversity runs deeper than simply the male-female ratio
In our opinion, diversity runs much deeper than simply the ratio of men to women. It requires a good balance between young and old, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. It’s this individuality that brings complementary views and skills to the table and contributes to a positive working environment. All undisputable reasons for embracing diversity.
